Yin Yoga is medicine for the modern mind in the modern world.

The practice of Yin Yoga cultivates immense physiological, energetic and psychological benefits.

It is a simple and powerful style of Yoga that creates harmony and wholeness for those who practice.

As a mental health practitioner and fellow modern human being, Laura is deeply dedicated and passionate about Yin Yoga and honouring traditional Yoga, having experienced the profound healing effects of the practice personally and professionally. She offers Yin Yoga classes and workshops for tweens, teens and young adults to support them with exploring optimal mental health, wellbeing, stillness and rest, engagement in life and learning, and connection with themselves, their families, friends and teachers.

The experience of harmony and wholeness is accessible for anyone who has the support, time and space to cultivate it, and Laura’s Yin Yoga offerings are a simple and effective way of doing just that.

Laura teachers and guides Yin Yoga classes, with additional OT and neuropsychology wisdom and wellbeing support, cocooned in a trauma-sensitive environment. This practice and type of service is not readily accessible for most young people, and more than ever it is undeniable they need support to feel balanced, empowered and grounded as they navigate the ebbs and flows of modern life.

As adults, we need to lead and live with love, authenticity and integrity. Laura also provides her Yin Yoga classes for adults, teachers, and workplaces so they too can create sustainable harmony and wholeness in their lives, and experience how precious life truly is when we have cultivated balance, regulation and contentment within ourselves.
