‘THIS IS MY WEEK’ - weekly planner and guide (blank pdf template to print)

A weekly planner and guide for you to use to support with planning your week, getting clear on your important values and intentions to focus on for your week and bringing awareness to the good things (or as we sometimes like to say, the things that didn’t entirely suck) that happened during your week. We recommend either printing one and laminating it to reuse with a fine tip whiteboard marker, or printing a bunch of copies off (double sided if possible) to use each week. This weekly planner and guide is helpful to put on the fridge, or on your ‘organisation space’ (desk, kitchen bench etc) to refer to and most importantly, to actively use with yourself, family members and support team. Awareness and thankfulness (also know as gratitude or the things that didn’t entirely suck) are very important for wellbeing and recovery, and this weekly planner and guide is here to support you with both these things as you navigate your days.

‘MY SUPPORT BEAMS' - support team document (blank pdf template to print)

This document is a creative way to fill in your support team details and contact details, and to use as a reminder of the unique ‘Beam Team’ you have around you supporting you with your recovery. The sun represent growth, wisdom and strength and the sunbeams spread this all around. Your beams can be persons or things that support and guide you towards growth, wisdom, strength, truth, stability, healing, empowerment and sustainable recovery. How to use: print it to fill it in, get creative with it (some ideas to start you off - you or your dream goal can be the centre of the sun, draw pictures of your supports, add some clouds to represent people or things that dull your beams etc), and keep updating it as your team of people and things evolve. It can be helpful to make a few copies, for example one to have with you in your communication folder that you take to appointments and another for at home stuck to the fridge or bathroom mirror for easy access and as a daily reminder of the beams in your life.
