At Luna Therapy, we believe that each person’s physical, psychological and spiritual path to healing is unique to them, and that life can be transformed through deep connection to self-awareness.

Luna Therapy was born from a growing desire to create an intentional integrative mental health and wellbeing service that offers support that is easily accessible, empowering and practical for those accessing the service. We know that healing is different for everyone, and we value deep intentional relationships with all who we work with. Our clients are empowered and encouraged to be actively involved in all aspects of the therapeutic relationship; a genuine and collaborative relationship that is built on trust and connection.

Luna Therapy uses an integrative client-centred approach intuitively guided by life, occupational therapy and psychological philosophies, recovery frameworks, coaching principles and evidence-informed support. We use a whole-life healing and lifestyle wellbeing model incorporating eastern and western healthcare principles focused on the physical and energetic mind-body connections.

We’re not your typical allied health support service - our team are all dual-trained in integrative modalities and we consciously live and breathe our own personal growth and evolution as we cycle through our life seasons, and this informs our individual and collective practice approach.
